Brewing Directions - Ghana Dark, Light and ChocolaTEA Brewing Cocoa:
French Press: Use 2 T of grounds per 8 oz. of water. Give it a stir and steep for 8-10 minutes. Press and dress it up the way that you enjoy your coffee or tea for maximum enjoyment.
Coffee Maker: Use 1/2 cup grounds in a permanent/mesh filter. Fill to 7 cups (42 oz) as labeled on the carafe for a 6 cup (36 oz) result. Use strong setting on brewing machine if available.
Instant Pot: Use 1/2 cup grounds for 6 cups (48 oz) of water. You can also substitute 1-2 cups of non-dairy milk for 1-2 cups of water. Set on Manual for 10 minutes, depressurize, cool for a few minutes and strain into a glass or plastic pitcher. Do not store in metal containers for long periods of time.
Large Kettle: Use 1 1/2 cups grounds in 12 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain into pump pot or plastic pitcher. Let cool closer to room temperature to strain into glass pitcher.
